Because our hair and wellness products are handmade, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label

If eligible, we will gladly replace the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by USPS/UPS, You’re Beautiful Sis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
To file a claim, please contact USPS/UPS directly.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that time, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
